Last weekend, I was incredibly lucky to have a guest chef in my kitchen. My lovely friend from South Korea, Ji-hyeon, came to visit and cooked for us! In the mere hour I was watching her prepare and cook the meal, I not only learned two new authentic recipes, but I observed the way she worked with the food, and it was a truly fascinating and educational experience.
These vegan bites are a perfect guilt-free after dinner or in-between meal snack. They are incredibly easy to make – all you need is a few ingredients, a food processor and a fridge.
You don’t have to go all the way to South Korea to enjoy their snacks!
Passoã is the perfect liqueur for the summer. Whether you’re sat in your garden or on a tropical island, the passionfruit flavours mixed in an ice-cold cocktail will take you to paradise.
In Korea, soju is usually enjoyed neat, or mixed with fruit from a watermelon or pineapple. I wanted to try mixing it with the flavours of lime, coconut and mint, to make a gorgeous and refreshing summer cocktail!
